Please keep to your level and refrain from teaching your fellow students! (Join our Instructor Training Programs if you are so inclined. ;)

This class is for new clients. Existing clients working on creating pole combinations are also welcome.

Learn the foundations of pole dancing including basic spins, strength holds and floor work to help develop upper body, core strength and flexibility. This class will also introduce you to pole sits and balance exercises to further improve your strength, flexibility and coordination.

This class will introduce you to climbing, strength holds on both a static and a spinning pole, and a variety of more complex tricks and combinations. In this class we will also expand our knowledge of handstands and other balance exercises on and off the pole.

Prerequisite: You must have permission from a dance captain to attend this class.

This class will introduce you to the techniques for leg hangs, inversions, and a variety of more complex tricks and combinations on both a static and a spinning pole. In this class we will also expand our knowledge of handstands and other balance exercises on and off the pole.

Prerequisite: You must have permission from a Pole Climbs or a Pole Inversions dance captain to attend this class.

Expand your dance and spin repertoire; this class is designed for those who feel confident in their pole dance ability and are working on executing pole tricks and transitions with more of a focus on lines and fluidity.

Prerequisite: You must currently be attending flexibility classes (minimum once a week) and have permission from a dance captain to attend this class.

Learn a sexy routine on and around a chair while strengthening your core and leg muscles in a whole new way.

Learn body isolations, dynamic floor transitions and heel banging accents in this sexy pole dance choreography class. Strap on your highest heels, slip on those knee pads and work on the art of sensual movement and flow.

Low Flow -Basework is erotic dancing around the base of the pole. In this class you will learn the latest non-aerial pole spins, creative floor transitions and tantalizing dance sequences to today’s biggest hits.

In this all level class, you will learn tricks, flexibility and beautiful poses on a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling. Improve your stamina and endurance while learning aerial mounts and sequences.

Long-sleeve shirt and leggings recommended.

This workout class uses a combination of aerial hoop, free weights, and body weight exercises to better prepare the body for aerial movements. This class focuses on strengthening under worked muscles and stretching over worked muscles; creating a stronger, more balanced body that is ready for any aerial apparatus.

All levels are welcome.

In this all level class, you will develop flexibility, strength and balance while performing acrobatic sequences in mid-air in a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling.

Long-sleeve shirt and leggings recommended.

Please also refrain from wearing jewellery/accessories and nail embellishments.

A full body stretch using active flexibility movements to increase range of motion, improve muscle control and overall balance. This class also offers a remarkable core workout as you will also work on various handstand shapes and balance exercises.

This class is designed to teach you the techniques for achieving your front splits, middle splits, and over splits! Partner stretching and the use of aerial yoga hammocks may be incorporated to aid in increasing overall flexibility.
